WOW NEW MEGANE MOE ARTWORK! lol

This is paying homage to the first people who EVER did a full on cosplay of my two characters (and one that isn't even introduced in the manga yet)..

you can check out their cosplay and the photo i took inspiration from HERE- [link] You can see their other fantastic cosplays as well. Their names are Missy and Eleanor (lol that's pretty awesome). Eleanor is cosplaying Megan while Missy cosplays Eleanor.

Thank you ladies for making my artist dreams come true by cosplaying characters I created myself. :)

and yes, i haven't updated the manga in a while. i wake up feeling like an asshole bcz of that EVERYDAY...

i think what drags me down is the toning process. I don't mind drawing out the pages at all, but the toning just takes sooooo looooong (even with short cuts).

**MAYBE I CAN DO SOME KIND OF ARTIST TRYOUT???? hmmm who wants to help make megane moe?

check out the newest deviation labeled audition - assistant needed. all the information is on there. yeah i just need someone to help out with the shading/coloring bcz thats what eats up most of my time.

And another comment... I think the very fact people cosplay your characters show you how loved Megane Moe is. :)

That alone should give you the drive to continue some more. :)

A girl cosplayed Maki once. (my original character, the one in my icon and various gallery pictures) It was like... the coolest thing ever.

hahaha aww that's totally right. yeah I was working on a few pages the other night, but man, toning takes forEVER! well that's the most boring and long drawn out part in my honest opinion. I'm thinking of having a fan or someone who would like to be a part do a tryout to do it (and thus have page updates like twice a week). but who knows...

Yes, you might need an assistant, lol.

The toning in your comic was always what impressed me the most. I was always like.. "there's no way this guy can keep that schedule with such impressive looking pages"... And I guess it was indeed the problem.

I understand the feeling, though. Wish I could help... but my artistic abilities are long gone. :(
